The CipheX Token Claim Center and Token Holdings Dashboard is provided strictly as a convenience tool to display the status of any CPX Tokens issued to tokenholders, including whether such tokens are subject to restrictions, lockups, vesting schedules, or are available for claim. It does not serve as a wallet, custodial service, or trading management platform. All CPX Tokens reflected in the dashboard remain under the exclusive ownership and control of the respective tokenholder. CPX Tokens may only be transferred to the tokenholder designated digital wallet following the completion of any applicable lockup or vesting conditions.

By accessing the CipheX Token Claim Center, tokenholders acknowledge and agree that all third-party network transaction fees—including, but not limited to, Ethereum GWEI (gas) fees—are their sole responsibility. Once CPX Tokens are claimed, CipheX does not custody, manage, or hold tokens on behalf of any tokenholder. CipheX is not a registered broker-dealer, and access to the Token Claim Center does not constitute investment management, custodial services, or the establishment of a client relationship. CipheX cannot and will not be instructed to buy, sell, or otherwise transact CPX Tokens on behalf of any tokenholder; such correspondence will not receive a response.
